  • Automated cylinder and rod wash within manufacturing cell
    Effective contaminant removal eliminates possible seal wear and damage.
  • Thread protection whilst seals assembled
    Protecting the integrity of all components during fitting.
  • Friction rod welding of ram eye ends where possible
    Providing maximum weld strength and consistency.
  • Fine grinding of ram surface
    Induction hardened and chrome plated rods give extended seal life, improved corrosion resistance and reduce damage from external hazards.
  • Inhouse chroming plant
    Chrome plating integrity tested using Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  • End damping
    Protects end of stroke reactions and adds to stabilty.

  • World Rated Cooling Packages - Matched to the Powertain including radiator, hoses, filler bottle, expansion bottle, fan cowl, fan and transmission oil cooler.
  • Exhaust Systems
  • Brakes Packs
  • Pumps - A wide range of engine driven pumps can
    be offered, either remote shaft driven, directly mounted on the front of the engine or side driven on the engine timing case.

    Examples are shown. Steer pumps are also
    available.
  • Engine mountings - Brackets and rubber mounts can be provided.
  • Electrics - Gearchange / forward / reverse column control levers, matching turn signal / lights multifunction levers and electrical dump controls plus related wiring harnesses and connectors.
  • Carden Shafts - Lengths, yoke or flange sizes to suit certain applications.
