New General Manager - "Pushing the button of Growth"
We have recently welcomed Neil Wright to the new position of General Manager. Neil is spearheading the management of ITL's international expansion programme.
Demand for ITL's world top-selling powershift transmissions, rugged rigid and steer drive axles and integrated drivelines including engine, has created a strategic management co-ordination role. The focus is to strengthen and develop the individual business functions to support rising demand and maintain unity across all business functions that combine to form 'the complete ITL service package'.
Sales success has grown exponentially and our resulting manufacturing base has been doubled in size, ITL's new North American facilities will continue this growth trend across The Americas and Canada. All product has been repositioned in the UK warehouse and distribution centre , to facilitate the changes in increasing customer order preferences, to enable streamlining of order/assembly and packing/shipment. Regular visitors to ITL can see the difference in expanded product lines and logistics and 'first time' guests will see just how quickly changes are evolving.
We continue to offer, the best in class, prototype and production service for axle products, transmissions, powertrains and integrated drivelines, including engine. Backing this commitment means putting urgency into capital functions and staying ahead. "This way we deliver the difference to our customers today," says Neil Wright "This is the most exciting time - a one off chance to enhance the business in 'real time' without changing our core values of customer service. Our goal is to exceed customer expectations in quality, service and delivery."

Neil joined ITL as General Manager, to lead its world-wide axle, transmissions and integrated driveline operations.
With a BSc in Mechanical Engineering Science, Neil has an active interest in driveline technology.
Having spent 17 years in customer relations both in the UK and overseas, Neil has wide expertise and is well placed to develop the service support. Reflecting his international commercial experience in the off highway materials handling sector, he has relished the chance to focus these skills on the many different facets of our individual OEMs machine applications. Neil's message to customers is "a long term commitment to growing with them and meeting their changing needs and priorities as their sectors demand."
"I took up the appointment in October 2000 and an early priority has been to develop ITL's brand name and image to our off highway OEMs and strengthen communications between us all across our global customer base.
Neil's fresh approach and creative enthusiasm is infectious and offers OEMs the chance to think differently about aspects of their products. His firm grip of differentiation has produced many new solutions which can move an OEM's business forward, even in the most demanding markets.

Peter will be familiar to many of our European OEM customers after five years in the sales development role.
OEMs who know Peter will readily acknowledge his depth of understanding and experience in off highway sectors and proactive attitude in achieving the solution for a final application. His engaging style communicates the OEMs' goals and criteria to the engineering specialists within ITL. This formula for success means organic growth with his territory has expanded.
Recent developments have meant that key international growth markets have been placed under Peter's remit. Now more OEMs can gain his assistance directly. This facility offers much more direct and straight-line communication between our OEM customers and our engineering resources.
With a stronger business platform than ever before, Peter is able to work with you, the OEM, on the inside and get the right product flow, in the right place, on time, at the right price.
